I am normally available for appointments in Biggar on Tuesday and Thursday and will try to be flexible to meet your needs. I am in Glasgow on Friday

You can make an initial appointment to see me and discuss whether counselling or EMDR might be helpful for you. This would normally be a 50 minute appointment, which costs £36.

Further appointments would usually be weekly or fortnightly but can be flexible depending on your other commitments.

Regular appointments are usually 50 minutes but sometimes for EMDR it can be better to work for 90 minutes or occasionally up to two hours. Longer sessions would be charged accordingly.
